The rooms were like clouds, with heated floors in the Beijing cold. Exceptional staff, fluent in English. Helpful shuttle service and nearby attractions. Truly worth it.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed in an intimate hotel located in a traditional Chinese alley and it was amazing. We loved being away from the big hotels and in an authentic Beijing neighborhood within walking distance to several tourist spots. the room was beautifully designed with antiques and the bathroom was luxurious. the staff was helpful and attentive, and breakfast was superb. We enjoyed relaxing in the stunning courtyard and appreciated the boutique feel of the hotel.
The staff's limited English made it difficult to receive support.

The rooms were cozy, well, decorated, and had heated floors which was great for the chilly weather. the staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well. They even provided shuttle service to nearby destinations, making it easy to get around. the location was also convenient, with a subway station within walking distance and key attractions nearby.
The hotel was incredibly difficult to find the first time around, tucked away in a maze of Hutongs. there were only a few rooms in the hotel, which made it feel less like a full, service hotel and more like a bed and breakfast.

Good This hotel was a luxurious haven that fulfilled all of our exclusive needs. the amenities were top-notch, with the restaurant offering exquisite cuisine and a sophisticated atmosphere. In-room breakfast was a delightful experience with a great spread. the room itself had exclusive advantages, with plenty of space and beautiful decor. the service was also exceptional, with friendly staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
Bad One minor issue we encountered was the distance from the Sun terrace, which required a short walk from the main reception. the extensive Garden area and private facilities more than made up for this.

We loved the hotel's location in a charming Chinese alley, away from the big hotels but still quite accessible to several tourist spots. The rooms were impressively clean and spacious with heated floors. The hotel staff spoke fluent English and was extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and the breakfast was delicious.
It was all superb.

The rooms were well furnished and I particularly enjoyed the heated floors in the dead of winter, which was a godsend. The staff were communicative and able to give good advice for nearby restaurants and attractions. , the hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport, which saved me a lot of hassle.
The location was very quaint, but it also meant that it was a bit of a pain to get to major tourist spots. Plus, it was quite costly compared to other hotels in the area, which was particularly annoying considering it offered limited amenities.
